Main purpose JYMZ series diaphragm metering pump is a kind of general mechanical equipment, it can accord with process flow’s requirements, and can quantitatively transport various liquids with stepless regulation within the journey of 0~100%, besides, the metering precision of transported medium at largest journey is ±1%. Flux range of metering pump is 0.8~800L/h, it is applicable for transporting mediums without solid granule whose temperature is -30~120℃, viscidity is 0.3~800mm2/s. 2. Hydraulic end Structure principle of hydraulic diaphragm type metering pump: Hydraulic diaphragm type metering pump is made up of plunger, cylinder body, cylinder cover, inlet and outlet valve, diaphragm as well as three valves (deflation valve, limit valve and compensation valve). Hydraulic oil and medium are separated when diaphragm is operating, so the diaphragm metering pump has feature of never leak, and it is an ideal tool for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, strong-corrosive, radiative, virulent as well as expensive mediums. The plunger at the hydraulic end of hydraulic diaphragm type metering pump is driven by to-and-fro movement of crank rod connecting mechanism. The plunger carries out to-and-fro movement in hydraulic cavity to change the pressure of hydraulic oil, and to transport mediums through diaphragm’s flex displacement. Relative stability of hydraulic oil in the cavity is maintained by the function of three valves. Deflation safety can eliminate gases in hydraulic cavity to guarantee stability of operation, it avoids the bad effect of automatic opening and oil discharging because of over hydraulic oil as well as over pressure, which is caused by drainage pipeline’s block. Inhibiting compensation device regulates opening degree of limit valve by virtue of diaphragm, oil is fed at any moment according to vacuum degree of hydraulic cavity in order to ensure hydraulic oil level in the cavity.
Installation requirements: 1. Pump should be installed on specially spare concrete base or cast iron platform, then it is fixed with fang bolt after regulating. The concrete base should be 50~100mm higher than the ground.
2. Diameters of suction and discharge pipelines should not be less than that of inlet and outlet pipelines, besides, the suction pipeline should be shortened as much as possible. If the suction pipeline is over long or siphon joint is too much, it should be carried out NPSHa calculation to meet the needs of necessary net positive suction head.
3. Measuring meter should be installed on connecting pipeline, such as manometer (provided by users).
4. Filter device should be installed at the end of suction pipeline (provided by users).
5. Safety valve or safety overflow valve (provided by users) should be installed on discharge valve. If impulse of outlet pressure should be reduced, stabilized pressure device can be equipped near discharge pipeline.
6. According to using condition, electrical control equipment should be installed at the working site of pump, besides, it should be equipped with protection device of control switch that corresponds with transported mediums, so as to ensure safety.
7. Combine pump (plunger type or diaphragm type), to the combination with same pedestal and same specification, equip tube according to flow’s pressure grade, take motor as basic point to begin, pressure is ranked from high to low; while to the combination with different pedestal and different specification, it has already installed from large to small, what users should do is to equip tube and connect. 8. Other technical requirements of pump’s installation should accord with related rules of TJ231 (five) -78.
